General Policies

  • ALL Intakes are free of charge
  • 24-hour cancellation policy for counseling sessions to ensure your time is respected.
  • Telehealth sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms.
  • Counseling & Coaching sessions are typically scheduled for 60 minutes.
  • Consulting costs will depend on the Training package. Call to discuss options 
  • Payment is due at the time of service for all counseling, coaching, and consulting appointments.
  • EC3C Services LLC reserves the right to modify policies and fees at any time.
